What I liked
My son was taken into A & E then transfered to MAC.
This morning I rang the ward to enquire on my sons well-being. A nurse who said he was her patient, was the most pleasent understanding nurse ever. She listened, she didnt cut the conversation short because she was busy. She was kind, caring and had compassion. Thank you to this nurse and well done Blackburn hospital for employing her.
