What I liked

From the very first appointment at the hospital, Pre Op stage, to being admitted. The staff were always friendly and once you got to the Oken Ward after the operation, you was always treated with respect. From the Dr's, Nurses, cleaners and tea lady, nothing was to much trouble for anyone. if you rang the buzzer, someone came within a minute (not like some hospitals I have been too)

I come from northamptonshire and this was one of my choice and book hospitals. If you were a hotel I would give to a 4 Star rating. Well done everyone.

I can understand why you got a good rating for Hip replacements. Fantastic Hospital
