Young receptionist refusing to give appointment tried for a whole week and still refused one. She said emergencies only. So what is the point in having gp surgeries I thought hospitals were for emergencies .
The usual thing to do is phone on the morning at 8.30 tried constantly at 8.30 until 8.40 eventually got thru to be told there was no appointments left.
In the space of ten minutes of constantly calling a full day was booked with appointments .
When I called in to the surgery the same day the surgery had one patient in the waiting room .
"Tried for a whole week to get a GP appointment"
