I recently went to see the physiotherapist at Huyton walk-in centre, and my experience was fantastic. The gentleman I saw, Steven, was absolutely wonderful. He showed me on a skeleton exactly what my condition was, and took the time to explain everything to me.
He also assured me that I was not making my back worse, and gave me a set of exercises to follow. I was in with him for one hour, but at no point was made to feel like I was taking up too much time. I came out feel 95% better and feeling so much more at ease. I walked through Huyton village, which I haven't done for a long time because my back has been so bad.
It really has been my best experience of physiotherapy, absolutely amazing. I'm even looking forward to going back!
