What I liked

My daughter had an xray (paediatric xray st James wing) and the radiographer was brilliant - her friendly chatty approach to both me and my daughter was perfect she created a relaxed, happy, unrushed, unpressured atmosphere and she should be praised, the only stress was getting to the department before it closed at 4pm !

What could be improved

(it would be fantastic to recieve this service from all members of staff especially the receptionists!)
