What I liked
I was sent to ward 231 from the out of hours doctors on new years day. As I had never been in hospital as an in patient I was extremely nervous. The staff on ward 231 UHNS were amazing!!! They made me feel calm and were always attentive. I was diagnosed with both septicemia and Guillian Barre Syndrome. I was always kept informed of my treatment path. The staff on ward 231 UHNS are a credit to the NHS. Many thanks to you all.
What could be improved
As I was bed bound for the first 10 days of my stay a TV would have been appreciated.
Anything else?
Keep up the good work ward 231.
