(as the patient),

I attended physio for 3 sessions for sciatica. I was in a lot of pain at first. I am in my early 60s and this was my first experience of physio. The young man who I saw was very caring and made me feel at ease. He discussed everything with me and demonstrated on a model of a spine to explain the problem and how I would tackle the problem with exercise which he carefully wrote out for me. I only have high praise for him and appreciate his help.
