What I liked
Nursing staff was very helpful and pleasant . The specialist was kind and caring and took the time to explain the procedure very well. He also listened to the concerns I had and addressed them before the operation. The scars from the operation heeled fast and there is only a tiny mark still left.
What could be improved
•The anaesthetists could have respected his patients, he could have also kept any interactions professional and without any judgements or any of his prejudices affecting his ability to interact with patients.
•The ward needs to be clean to a better standard, under the beds and other hard to reach areas where completely left out of the cleaning process.
"Overall the level of care I received was good."
