I would like to thank you for taking the time to feedback to us about your experience and I am very pleased that you were well looked after. With reference to larger beds we are able to hire these in following patient assessment and I am sorry if this did not happen for you; I have passed your feedback to the staff at Pilgrim and asked them to remind staff to undertake the necessary assessments. Thank you once again.
