Reception staff should have full training in customer service

The reception staff were absolutely appalling. They were slow both in mind and body. They might not have wanted to be there but their attitude reflected badly on what could have been a decent hospital. Employ someone who really wants a job. My friends, neighbours and I have had bad experiences since 2008.
