What I liked
All staff I dealt with were excellent! Very polite, understanding, attentive and performed thier duties to an exceptional standard. I am very pleased with the hospital and grateful for making me feel comfortable though out my stay and in the outpatients suite.
What could be improved
Other than the fact I had to go back in for surgery due to my foot not being set correctly afterwards, the NHS staff were fabulous.
Anything else?
Thank you for looking after me and I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and dedication to helping patients.
