What could be improved

I arrived at A&E on the 23rd of March 2012, after visiting my GP suffering from jerky movements. I am on Lithium so it is important that I do not reach toxic levels therefore my GP prepared a covering letter and sent me to Ealing A&E. The receptionist at A&E did not bother understanding the issue and sent me to Ealing Urgent Care Centre. I tried to explain that I need blood taken but she insisted that she could not see me!
