"Excellent hospital - good experience"

What I liked

Went in for three investigations at 9am and was out by 11am. Went like clockwork. Very efficient and logical. Excellent hospital.

What could be improved

For me the distance between the investigations blood, x-ray and ecg was fine but I was with some elderly people who found the walks between investigations long and the need to move between departments confusing. I could understand the need for this but if might be worth looking at the patient flow between investigations. The hospital has clearly looked at how to increase patient flows within each investigation area maybe some time could be spent looking at how they connect.
