What I liked
In january I waited 4 hours to be assessed which I consider was unnecesary.
I could not keep the appointment for treatment as I had a severe cold. On cancelling the appointment I was not very impressed with the person taking details.
On the day I was supposed to have treatment I had a phone call from the hospital to say that they were waiting for me. I told the that the appointment was cancelled a week ago They said that nobody had told them. On my next appointment for surgery on a day basis under local, They told me that it had to done in a main theatre in a couple of weeks.
I gave up and told them to forget it.
What could be improved
Get hold of some decent administative staff.
