What I liked

My husband underwent surgery today with the urology team. From the minute we arrived to the time he was admitted to the ward, we have found each staff member we encountered to be very pleasant, considerate and professional. We are both very pleased and impressed with the standard of care and the attitude of each member of staff at whatever level they work. I was treated for breast cancer in this hospital 6 years and found each aspect of my treatment to be outstanding. The NHS at it's very best, although I feel a lot less bureaucracy would benefit patients and staff.
