What I liked
I took my mother for an appointment at the Eye Clinic.
Every member of staff that dealt with us was superb - very friendly, efficient and caring.
They were amusing and sociable and very interested in my Mum's total well being, not just her eyes, which she loved - she is 91 and loves a bit of fuss!
Despite this the staff still managed to do an excellent and thorough job.
Keep up the good work. :-)
