What I liked

The waiting areas were well laid out, I liked the over 12's waiting area so that older children could get away from toddlers.

What could be improved

The receptionists were far to busy chatting to the nurses to check patients in on arrival.

The consultant we saw was very patronising to both myself and my child. We were told that no treatment would be given despite having been told previously my child would require treatment.

The area outside main entrance, need to be cleaned up, very dirty with cigarette ends everywhere, despite signs asking you not to smoke, this needs someone to enforce this.
