"Amazing, Professional, Sensitive wonderful..."

About: Manor Hospital

What I liked

Our son was born at 28 wks by emergency 'c' section, he spent 9wks on the Manor Hospital neo-natal unit.

The treatment we recieved was absolutely wonderful from an amazing collection of true professionals who nursed & cared for our son & us as parents from the minute we entered hospital to the wonderful after care we are still receiving from these incredible team of angels.

Our son was born 2lb 15oz with a multitude of issues, we finally took him home the week before Christmas, it was the most magical Christmas we could have ever wished for.......William (little bill) is currently 12lb 06oz and is such a happy little chap.

Thankyou so much to all the wonderful people involved in the care of our son William, the hard-working neo-natal unit, we can never thank enough for what you have given us, we are forever grateful and can't sing your praises enough.

"You are all Living Angels" - thankyou x

What could be improved

More support & funding for the neo-natal unit, they all work so hard, long shifts under such intense pressured environment. These people need far more recognition for the wonderful work they do, these are real life heros & need to be praised not just by parents visiting on the unit. They are all amazing -God bless all of them x

Anything else?

Neo-natal unit truely amazing, wonderful! We can never thank you enough x

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your comment. It’s wonderful to hear about your experience of our maternity and neo-natal unit. Your feedback is much appreciated and has been forwarded on to the teams involved. All feedback is very valuable to us, and it’s great to hear that you and your son are well.
