I went to visit my grandad and the state of the carpet in the waiting area areas next to HDU 7 and Ward 0 was unacceptable. It seemed very dirty. There are holes in it and it is very badly stained. Please can it be ripped out and replaced? Also, the stairs also nearby always seem to have litter and dust scattered around them.
