About: Community Health Services / Phlebotomy Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Kirkby

(as the patient),

Usually nurses/doctors have trouble finding my veins as they are quite deep but today Ann was lovely, very relaxing and was very quick in taking my blood. A very pleasant experience.
