What I liked

Everything worked very smoothly and in a co-ordinated manner. The staff looked and acted like they enjoyed working there. My operation, inpatient stay and discharge worked as planned and with sufficient information available at all times. The food was very acceptable and offered a reasonable choice for most tastes.

What could be improved

Discharge letter contained an inaccurate site description (right instead of left THR) but the correct site is obvious in my case. THis was amended in a subsequent letter that shows a checking procedure had been carried out post discharge.
