"Helpful staff in crisis resolution home treatment team"

About: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as a service user),

I was referred to crisis team in Lincoln by my GP, after an acute episode of suicidal thinking and depression.

On first contact the person my partner spoke to was not very clear on how the service worked. After a second phone call to the service, a very understanding lady answered all our questions and concerns.

I have had three visits in four days and have found all the staff to be very understanding and non judgemental. On talking to the staff, I have found them to be very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I asked them.
