i contracted a super bug from glenfield after a gall bladder removal. not only did the hospital staff i encountered refuse to treat me, they told my gp that all my symptoms were due to psychopathic/mental health reasons, I lost my teeth, hair, had kidney failure and nearly died.
when i took action for this the hospitals all denied me emergency treatment follow up and i feel they coerced my gp into admitting me into a mental health unit under their care!
The moral is that I have no confidence in complaining to pals or any local complaints procedure following this experience, I prefer to get my story out in the public.
