"Way above my expectations"

What I liked
I was admitted through A&E on Saturday and working in a hospital myself was expecting a shortage of doctors and delays on treatment decisions and tests. Completely the opposite happened, I had exceptional care from friendly, caring and professional staff who went out of their way to keep me informed and comfortable (A&E, Acute Gynaecological Unit and Champneys Ward.
What could be improved
Showers could have done with a refurb.
