What I liked

The staff were very friendly and treated me with the utmost respect. I was in a lot of pain and they took my complaints seriously. One trainee doctor in particular was exceptionally friendly and made me feel at ease.

What could be improved

There was a very long waiting time before I could speak to a doctor (4 hours). However it was Saturday evening so it is to be expected. I don't think anything could really have been done about this. Many of the staff apologised to me for the wait throughout the evening.
