What I liked

My mother-in-law (Margaret) had an appointment with a doctor. They were very professional with exceptional manners and treated my mother-in-law with the utmost respect.. He took her coat, told her how nice she looked and made her feel very much at ease. He answered all our questions in simple terms and suggested what her problem might be. At a follow up appointment he did the actual test himself and his original diagnosis

was shown to be correct. All our family would like to convey our sincere gratitude to the doctor for making Margaret and ourselves feel so much better after a very stressful 18 months.
