What I liked
After my very short stay as a day case on the Oulton Unit for a minor gynae procedure, I cannot rate the staff more highly from the nurses, operating theatre assistants, anaesthetic team, right through to my consultant for the care and kindness I was shown.
Whether coming into hospital for a minor or major procedure it can seem quite daunting, and while it is very easy to critisize hospitals for things that go wrong (and I appreciate that sadly some people have this experience), I just wanted to give some positive feedback with grateful thanks.
