"Upsetting ."

What could be improved

I took my son to Sunderland royal hospital today 16/03/12 to have some stitches removed.

After the stitches were removed i made an innocent comment to the nurse removing them that the wound now looked worse , which in my opinion it did, this was not meant as a criticism just an observation .

i was then abruptly told by this bad tempered and rude nurse to ' shut up and sit down ' .

I was already upset about my son's injuries but this added to my upset .

Not exactly an angel .
