More or less everything - not having a full scale arguement with collegues whilst in the middle of the ward in front of patients and visitors would help

My mother in law has been shunted from ward to ward. Her belongings were just dumped on the floor in a bag. She is bed bound due to an UNTREATED fractured leg, it was put in a crepe bandage and they are trying to discharge her, complete with fracture, and she is totally unable to weight bare. Her catheter bag has been left unepmtied several times to the point that it has burst all over the ward. The staff are rude and dont seem to care at all. If you ask them a question about the treatment/patients condition, you get rude abrupt answers and are basically told to go away and stop bothering them.
