What I liked
The personal care by each nurse,doctor and ward staff. They had time for your questions,very reassuring as a patient.
What could be improved
Having my right arm in plaster,it would have been helpful to have the breakfast toast buttered for you, instead of trying to do it with one hand,I understand,that not everyone like butter, but would have only taken 1min for the staff to help.
