What I liked

I was treated by all staff I came into contact with very well. I was made to feel at ease and staff were both friendly and professional.

What could be improved

The fabric of the buildings but that will soon be resolved with the new structure.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. I am please your experience in the Urology Department was so positive. I am please the staff were welcoming and acted in a friendly and professional manner. We are also looking forward to when patients and staff can enjoy the improved physical environment the new hospital will deliver.
