About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I would like to thank all the staff from top to bottom for their kindness and patience when in hospital for knee replacement. They may think it doesn't mean very much, but I can assure you it means a lot to the patient. It's not easy to keep up, but keep going and keep smiling. Once again I say to all of you a very big thank you and good luck.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide your very thoughtful comments following your knee operation at the new Victoria Hospital.

It means a great deal to staff to read these comments, and I am very grateful that you did so. We will share your very kind comments with those involved.

I wish you good luck also and hope that you went on to make a full and uneventful recovery.
