"impressive speed of referral to physiotherapy!"

What I liked

Further to my recent comment about not being referred from the fracture clinic to physiotherapy until my last appointment, I am delighted to report that I was contacted by the physiotherapy team 3 days later, called them back the following day and saw them the next working day after that! So much quicker than I had assumed - pretty good service!

What could be improved

nothing - and apologies for assuming I would need to wait for weeks!
