What could be improved

I was refused the treatment that i was referred for. i have since been told by a 3rd dr that i really do need this op and now will have to go back to the bottom of the waiting list. this will delay an op for a painful condition by approx 6 months. How is this possible?

Anything else?

I was told that i would be given any relevant results from a dopler scan by phone within the week if there was any cause for concern. when i returned 4 wks later iwas told that they had forgotten to contact me but i had a potentially serious condition that showed up on the scan. i was advised not to fly for my holiday the following week. subsequently it has been found that threre are no causes for concern from a vascular point of view. my partner and i spent a very stressful weekend worrying about a non existent problem.
