Had a liver function blood test at Doctors request. Received a letter from my surgery asking me to call and make an appointment with my GP regarding the test results. Called and was advised the next available appointment was on 10working days later. I explained that they had requested to see me but that didn't make any difference. also said I was prepared to see any one as i just wanted to know what the results were. Still to no avail. Very disapointed in the service I have received. I rarely use my Doctors as I am generally healthy. How should this have been dealt with and who do i speak to regarding my complaint?
