"not great"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

Anything else?

I had to bring my son who was about 2-3 months at the time to a hospital appointment but had no idea what the appointment was for as the letter did not tell me, when I got there I still had no idea what the appointment was, the nurse who saw him first was not very friendly at all and was very abrupt and quite rude, even after seeing the doctor I still have no idea what that appointment was for, but the doctor seemed to have no notes on my son as they made a comment about his wheezy breathing which he has been referred to a ENT specialist which isn't until april so I am not pleased with this really long wait , before being referred to ENT we went to child A&E where we saw three doctors who said he was fine but we are still being referred to the ENT and had to wait around for hours and hours for no reason it seems!
