What I liked

after my dad was taken to whiston a & e in 2011 by ambulance, we sat and waited,without complaint for 7 hours, only to be told by the doctor that his name had been wiped off the board.

when i had to call an ambulance again, in march 2012, we again waited for a couple of hours before deciding to ask when we would be seen. The staff were rude and very ignorant. we left after 3 hours having not been seen by a doctor. we have never know nhs staff this rude and unhelpful

if possible I would choose to go to another a&e depatment
