What could be improved

Communication between staff the Doctor wanted a emergency CT scan and other tests, the sister told the Doctor what to do and said I couldn't have a CT scan

At 2am in the morning the sister said to go home, I said the Doctor wanted a CT scan. The sister said that I wont be having a scan she said I cant have a scan everytime I go to A&E, it costs money. I haven't had a CT scan for years.

The sister called my husband at gone 2am to ask him to pick me up, hes disabled and suffers from a chronic health problems. This was at 2am in the morning, the Doctor said I wasnt going home, they said cause hes a Locum Doctor he doesnt know how MK Hospital works, so I would be going home.

No one told me test results and no pain relief was given in A&E.

Anything else?

The Matron has been saying she will contact me she keeps saying she will call and she never does.
