(as the patient),

Obviously I was a bit apprehensive, as going to hospital is not my favourite pastime, but the staff were terrific and really put me at my ease. I didn't feel "put down" or made to feel my questions were silly.

When I come back for my operation, I won't feel at all nervous - well maybe just a little, but I know the staff will be there to support me.

A big thank you to you all.
