This comment is about my mothers experience whilst at this hospital. She is 84yrs old, already blind in one eye, and has to wait at least 2 hrs before seing a consultant/doctor everytime. The nursing staff are always snotty to her, making her feel worthless. I was appalled when she told me, as my mother never likes to complain. I shall be attending with her next time to assess everything. Our elderly should not be treated or left in this way, considering the Patients Charter states max 30mins waiting time!!!
