What I liked

My mother was admitted for treatment into the A&E dept on two seperate ocaissions this month. Both times, when I rang to find out how she was, I was amazed to find the call was answered quickly, I was put through to where she was being treated and was straight away put through to a family member, who updated me on my mother's condition.

In what has proved to be a very difficult and trying time, my mother is terminally ill, I was very pleasantly surprised at the professional manner in dealing with my enquiries.

Well done to the A&E team.

On the face of it - not much!!!
