"Treatment at Leigh walk in centre"

I attended Leigh walk in centre after having trouble breathing. I found the reception staff very friendly but the nurse I had my assessment with quite cold and uninterested. I thought this was a sign of what my total experience would be like but I was then sent to treatment and while waiting the lady cleaning offered me and my friend a drink and I was then seen by Daniel. I cannot praise him highly enough. He was friendly, put me at ease and was extremely thorough and checked every possibility of what could be causing my problems. Although it is his job to investigate what was wrong and find the correct treatment he constantly informed me of what he was doing and why and then the results. I left completely reassured and aware of what to do immediately and what to do in the event of every possibility and given information on what he felt the problem was.

Please forward my thanks to Daniel. I think when someone does such a good job and treats you like a person rather than another number I think they should be given the recognition they deserve.
