"Unhappy with the attitude of nursing staff"

About: Glenfield Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I was sent to Glenfield Hospital in Leicester by my doctor with chest pain.

An angiogram was arranged, and I was interviewed by a nurse to get my details. I then asked when will I go to this lecture to inform me of what will happen in this operation?

In a very unpleasant manner the nurse told me "we do not have time for that".

Come the operation, the needle was put in my groin, no pain killer went in, it left me in terrible pain. I said i would never go to that hospital again.

My wife and i were also shouted at by one of the nursing staff when we arrived. So I had my quadruple heart bypass operation done at Coventry Hospital.
