What I liked

The care and understanding from all the staff, from reception, cafe lady, nurses, radiologist and doctors. I was lucky to have had good news, it was explained to me sensibly, making sure I understood everything being told and shown. Overjoyed with relief ,scared me, what if it hadn't been good news. Again the doctor reassured me there was always something to be done. I gave the doctor a hug for being so human. I have spent many stays in hospitals from London to Leeds don't you ever get disheartened Royal Cornwall you are up with them in my opinion. Sure some people are unlucky things happen but thats life. keep doing what you do, you'll do for me.

What could be improved

More staff to take the pressure off the ones that were giving all.
