What I liked

I was really pleased with the way I was treated from my first appointment to having my operation done, and on the day the theatre staff made me feel at ease. The aftercare on the ward was fantastic, it was also good that I saw my surgeon before and after my operation.

Each and every member of staff that I met and came across in Emerson green, we're very professional, caring, polite and helpful. I was kept well informed about my treatment and aftercare.

The free available parking was Great and the relaxed visiting is excellent as it allowed my husband to be there with me when needed the most.

I would recommend anyone that needs treatment,etc if able to go to Emerson green, most outstanding NHS treatment centre

What could be improved

I feel that Emerson green is of a high standard in every level and could not find anything that they could improve on.
