What I liked

Initial appointment was extremely thorough. The consultant communicated clearly and helpfully with the teenage patient and the parent.

Follow up tests were arranged quickly eg xray was done on the day.

Diagnostic testing was thorough - ultrasound, MRI.

Physio referral was quick.

Clinics were busy but the consultant in particular never seemed to rush people.

Other clinicians were good, and were able to ask the consultant for a second opinion.

Excellent department.

We recognise that our clinics are often very busy and we are in the process of making further adjustments to these clinics to help reduce the waiting time for patients in the future.
