Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our Neurology service last May and I'm sorry that you felt the experience was unsatisfactory.

Over the past six months we have made some changes to try to improve our patient experience within this service at the General, however, I have passed on your comment to the Head of Service for Neurology so theya re aware.

If you feel you would like a more detailed investigation into your experience, please contact our Patient Information & Liaison Service (PILS) on freephone 08081 788 337 who will be happy to assist you in obtaining this from the Neurology service.
