The welcome and care both before and after my op. it was unbelievable.

What could be improved

Nothing as far as I am aware.

I think it was the best hospital I have visited in my life. I was very well looked after and so was my wife, who waited for me in reception. She was given coffee and biscuits while she waited. The surgeon and anaesthetist gave me a thorough check and explained everything to me in language I could understand. The theatre staff were calm and reassuring. I was made to feel totally at ease throughout. The food was excellent and the ward staff worked well together.
