Additional to being on a trolley all night in A & E (very condusive to rest and recovery) there was a room beside us with a freezing draught coming through it. We asked for blankets which took 4 hours to arrive. I had a serious kidney infection and was violently shivering at the best of times! An if not for one very on the ball health care assistant in the department there might have been 8-10 people going an entire day there with no food! I will never be back through the door, think if i crashed into the building I would still asked to go to another hospital.
