What I liked

Not all the staff were dismissing only some. It was cleaned regularly but i wouldn't recommend this to a friend.

What could be improved

Everything? There were staff who were using ripped gloves, staff who were bitching about patients within ear shot. Senior staff were incredibly rude with no sympathy to what i had been though. (confused as to why there were 9 people surrounding my bed and one talking really fast my face screwed up a little when i answered their question to which the dr replied 'i dont have to help you i can just walk out now do you want my help or not'.) No offers of help. Staff frequently forgot any requests i had so i had to do them myself. Then i asked about what was going on i got no/short answers that didn't answer my question. Told i could go home in 2 hours, 8 hours later they were still unsure about what was going on.

The problem has not been resolved, they have no idea what is wrong with me and i need more tests. I feel worse then when i went in originally.

Anything else?

Some of the nurses were nice.

We're really disappointed that this was your experience, as this is a team that by and large have a very good reputation in how they support the women who come in to their care.
